Orders

Can I change my shipping address after an order has been placed?

Once an order has been received, we are unable to make any modifications. We can, however, attempt to update the address with the carrier. Keep in mind, this process is never a guarantee as it depends on the status of the shipment.

Can I change my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to change it in any way.

Can I change my custom order?

Due to the custom nature of the product there are no cancellations, modifications or returns permitted once an order has been placed.

How do I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed because we begin processing it immediately.Please double check your gear and the total amount in your shopping bag before you complete your order.

Can I change my shipping address after an order has been placed?

Can I ship to P.O. Box or use a freight forwarder?

We are unable to ship to a freight forwarder or PO Box at this time.

Can you ship internationally?

Currently, we are only able to ship orders to Sweden.

Why did I only receive part of my order?

To serve you most efficiently, products in your order may originate from various locations. As a result, you may receive them in multiple shipments. We thank you for your understanding and patience.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I start a return?

You may return an eligible item purchased directly through Bauer.com within 30 days of purchase for a refund. We do not reimburse original freight charges. In order to receive a refund, the product must be in its original undamaged package, it cannot be used or washed and it must contain all accompanying parts and tags. Please click here to start a return. Please note that some exclusions may apply, and that Final Sale Items are not refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How do I exchange my order?

Regrettably, we do not have an exchange option currently available. You would need to process a return and place a separate order for the replacement item.You can start a return by clicking here.

What is your return policy?

You may return an item purchased directly through Bauer.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. A return charge will apply SEK 99. In order to receive a refund, the product must be in its original undamaged package, it cannot be used or washed and it must contain all accompanying parts. If you purchased a Bauer product through a local retailer, this policy does not apply. Purchases made at local retailers must be handled through that retailer directly.

As a consumer, you have a 3-year legal right to file a complaint. If the product is damaged or defective, you need to submit a complaint request within a reasonable time.

Bauer will assess your complaint request without unnecessary delay, and strive to provide feedback within 10 working days (excluding public holidays) from the registration of the complaint.
