For over 90 years, Bauer has provided world-class products to the hockey community and stands behind the quality and performance of every item we sell. With this commitment, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase we are here to help.

You may return an item purchased directly through Bauer.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. A return charge will apply SEK 99.

In order to receive a refund, the product must be in its original undamaged package, it cannot be used or washed and it must contain all accompanying parts.

If you purchased a Bauer product through a local retailer, this policy does not apply. Purchases made at local retailers must be handled through that retailer directly.

Once the return has been received and inspected by our warehouse and if it meets all of our guidelines, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment used to make your original purchase, within 3 business days from receipt. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 10-14 business days for this transaction to appear on your statement.

As soon as a refund has been issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email.

Equipment without proper Certification stickers or accompanying parts, or any other items that are not in their original undamaged packaging or have been worn or washed are not refundable.
