- A skate is sized differently and fits differently than your shoe.
- You want a snug fit so that your heel isn’t shifting backwards or forwards.
- With enough room that you can wiggle all your toes comfortably.
- Your skate size is about 2 sizes smaller than your shoe size.
- For example, if you’re a woman who wears a size 8 shoe, your ideal skate size would be a 6.
- This gives you stability and comfort with enough room for a warm sock.
- If you’re a half size, refer to the size chart.
